It breaks down the foundations of who we are from mental, emotional, and energetic/spiritual perspectives. By deconstructing the fabric of our identity, we can begin to assemble the truth of who we are in an authentic way. The truth is that you cannot connect with your mind without also connecting to your energy; they are indivisible.
We cannot heal the flow of our lives if we don’t understand the flow of our own energy.
Our thoughts and behaviors influence the condition of our energy and, consequently, our bodies. The state of our energy and minds affects our physical health.
